How do I purchase your product, and how long will I receive the license code after purchase?
Step 1: Choose the software product you need on our website, then click the Buy Now button to go to the corresponding purchasing page, and just choose your preferred payment platform and payment method to finish the purchase.
Step 2: After a successful purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your Product Registration Code. Please check your Junk Mail if you don't see it in your inbox. (Please wait a few minutes for the email in case the network is busy.
Tips: Please provide a valid Email address when you fill out the order form. You'd better keep the registration information of the software you received well for further use.
Why didn't I receive the product license code several hours after my purchase? Some possible reasons are displayed below:
Reason 1: Your provided Email address is not valid or was entered by mistake; please contact us at support@tipard.com to correct it.
Reason 2: Because of your Email setting, the Order Confirmation letter with the license code went to Trash directly; please look for the letter there.
Reason 3: Due to your email service provider rejecting the emails from an unknown sender, the Confirmation letter cannot be sent to you; please contact our Support Team at support@tipard.com for assistance.
What kind of payment platforms and payment methods are you offering?
We have 2Checkout and Comecero two secure Payment platforms for users to choose from.
For payment methods, users can choose to pay online or use a Credit Card by Fax.
What currencies are acceptable?
The accepted billing currencies are EURO and USD.
I lost my license code. How can I retrieve it?
You can email us at support@tipard.com with your Order Information, including your email address, order ID, and product name. After our support personnel confirm your order, we will send you the license code as soon as possible!
Can I get a refund for my purchased Tipard product?
For certain conditions to apply for a refund, please refer to Tipard's Refund Policy.

How do I register and install my software?
Installation - Download the installation file of the product you have purchased from our website, then double-click the downloaded setup.exe file to start installation; next, follow the default instructions to finish the installation.
Registration - After successful installation, please launch the software, enter the correct User Name and license code in the pop-up registration window, then click the Register button to finish registration.
I entered the license code, but the software always said, "The registration code is error", why?
The possible reasons are displayed as follows:
1. Wrong entry. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blanks before or after the code.
2. Your purchased product and downloaded product are not the same, maybe you mix up the two products with similar names.
3. You mix up the Windows and Mac versions of a software product. Please note that they are completely two different products and be sure to know the correct version that is fit for your computer.
If I purchase your one software product, can I get its updated version for free later time?
Yes. We provide a free update service. There is a different service for subscriptions and non-subscriptions. For subscription software, you can free upgrade in the subscription time. For non-subscription software, you can enjoy a lifetime free upgrade service.
