How can I register/activate my Tipard software?

There are two ways to register (activate) your software:

1. Use your purchase email to sign up for a Tipard account, and then it will sync your purchase history to activate your software.

2. Go to your purchase email to find the registration code we sent to you, and then use the registration code to register your software.
Can I change a Windows license to Mac version or vice versa?

Sorry, our software licenses are platform-specific and cannot be transferred between Windows and Mac. A Windows license works only with the Windows version, and the same applies to macOS. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I use one license on multiple devices?

Only multi-user licenses can work on multiple PCs or Macs. 1-month and lifetime licenses can only be used on one computer. If you want to get a multi-user license, you can contact us at marketing@tipard.com.
Can I reinstall the software?

Please note that uninstalling and reinstalling the registered software will cause it to become unregistered again. To prevent any inconvenience, we suggest not uninstalling the software.
