What to do if iOS Data Recovery can't detect my device

For instance, this issue may be caused by something wrong with USB connection. When your device can not be detected by iOS Data Recovery, you can check the following tips to solve the problem.


1. Disconnect your iOS device and re-connect it again. Turn on the device and then click "Trust" button to trust the computer you are connecting.

2. Change other USB cable and try again.

3. Make sure you are using the latest version.

4. Check out if iTunes can recognize your device.

5. When iTunes can recognize your device but our product can't detect your phone, you can take the next steps.


a) Launch iTunes.

b) Connect your iOS device until iTunes recognize your device.

c) Close iTunes and then restart iOS Data Recovery to try again.


6. If your device stuck, can't restart or in another abnormal state, you can use the iOS System Recovery function to fix it.
