How to Trim Files

Choose the file you want to clip in the file list, and click Trim button on the toolbar to enter the Edit window.

Click Play button to play the selected video/audio file. There are several methods to set the segment:

Method One: Drag the Start Point scissors to mark the beginning of the segment, and drag the End Point scissors to mark the end of the segment.

Method Two: Press the Mark In button to mark the beginning of your clip and Mark Out button to mark the end of your clip during the preview.

Method Three: Click the up or download arrow or enter the value to set the Start Time, End Time and Length.

Tip: After finishing the settings, You can click the Play Section button to preview the clip.

Click Restore Defaults button to restore the trimmed setting to defaults.
